Advise and advocate: Share lived experience and insights to help the Colorectal Cancer Alliance better understand and address the needs of young-onset colorectal cancer patients, survivors, and caregivers.
Actively participate: Commit to a one-year term, attend quarterly Taskforce meetings and monthly subcommittee meetings, and engage consistently in discussions and activities.
Share your story to create impact: Use your personal experiences, voice, and connections to support awareness, strategy, and community engagement related to young-onset colorectal cancer.
Represent the Alliance responsibly: Maintain confidentiality, communicate professionally, and support the Alliance’s mission while understanding the Taskforce serves in an advisory—not decision-making—role.
Meet participation expectations: Provide advance notice if unable to attend meetings and understand that repeated non-attendance may result in removal from the Taskforce
